Air source heat pumps and electric boilers are devices that use electricity. What is the difference between them? The two are better and more energy-saving. They must be understood by users before purchasing.
1.From the point of view of capital.
The situation of the same heat production is small, and the electric boiler is slightly cheaper than the air source heat pump, but it requires three times more power than the air source heat pump.
2. From the perspective of energy saving
The air source heat pump is the process of absorbing heat in the air and compressing the heat through the compactor, which is about 4 times more energy-efficient than the traditional electricity; while the electric boiler is a device that directly generates heat without any conversion in the middle. Therefore, only 90% of the heat can be generated, and the energy-saving air source heat pump is more energy-efficient than the electric boiler.
3.The difference in working principle:
(1)The basic principle of the operation of the air source heat pump is based on the principle of reverse card circulation. The liquid working fluid first absorbs the heat in the air in the evaporator and evaporates to form steam (vaporization). The latent heat of vaporization is the recovered heat, and then is compressed into The high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the condenser and condenses into a liquid state (liquefaction). The absorbed heat is sent to the required heated water. The liquid working medium is expanded by the expansion valve and then returned to the expansion valve from the beginning, absorbing heat and transpiration to complete a The circulation, so reciprocating, from time to time absorbs the heat of the low temperature source and outputs the heated water, directly reaching the predetermined temperature.
(2)Electric boilers are also called electric heating boilers, electric heating boilers, and they are composed of electric heating and related electronic control components. They mainly output steam, high-temperature water or organic heat with certain thermal energy to the outside by electric heating Carrier equipment.
4.The structural difference:
(1) The air source heat pump unit is relatively complicated, and is mainly composed of four parts: the compressor, the condenser, the evaporator, the shrink valve, and the like.
(2)The mechanism of the pot is relatively simple, mainly composed of high-power electric and insulated shells.
5.The difference in security
During the heat generation process of the air source heat pump, there is no pressure and no risk of leakage. The heat generation process of the electric boiler, the main insulating shell, to see if there is the possibility of leakage and the risk of electric shock.
6.The difference between electric power
The electric load required by the air source heat pump is 1/3 less than that of the electric boiler, and the request to the power grid is less than that of the traditional electric boiler.
